THECITYISOURS Release New Video For ‘Body Count’

London-based metalcore quintet THECITYISOURS have just premiered their brand new video for the blistering track ‘Body Count’.

The single comes off their hugely anticipated sophomore album COMA, just released last Friday 22nd October via Arising Empires. The track follows the band’s signature blend of heavy riffs and ruthless breakdowns, and melodic atmospheric choruses, gaining the attention of industry tastemakers.

The video for ‘Body Count’ is directed by Oli Duncanson, who joined the band as lead singer last year following the departure of their previous vocalist Sam Stolliday. THECITYISOURS have since signed to the German modern metal powerhouse Arising Empire, who has grown immensely in recent years championing the likes of Annisokay, Imminence and Landmvrks, to name a few.

‘Body Count’ is the latest promotional release in an ambitious series of monthly single drops following ‘Violent’, ‘COMA’, ‘Death of Me’, ‘Dangerous’, ‘Regret About Me’ and ‘So Sad’. The aggressive marketing strategy is already paying off with their recent album COMA backed by Kerrang, Metal Hammer and Rock Sound - taking a huge step forward from their debut album Low (2019).

With their LP finally out on all platforms, THECITYISOURS are already looking to a busy concert schedule, with an European tour starting in November, and a long-anticipated homecoming gig at the iconic Underworld in April 2022. You can view tickets by clicking here.

THECITYISOURS are Oli Duncanson (vocals), Mikey Page (guitars/vocals), Jamie Roberts (bass), Stuart Mercer (guitar), Louis Giannamore (drums).
