For today's Artist Discovery, I present to you a four piece Alt Indie outfit called Luna Blue!
Based in Brighton, this energetically charged band have been making quite the noise on the UK's up and coming music scene with their uniquely distinctive mix of vibrantly exuberant instrumentation and contagiously catchy vocal hooks.
Join me as I explore the Luna Blue journey so far and chat with lead guitarist Ryan Wellman to find out more about who influences their sound, how as a band they tackled the recent restrictions head on and what's next for the indie rockers...
I'm not really sure where to place these guys musically...their music features elements of various different styles including indie, alt rock and pop - harmoniously blended together to create a distinctively refreshing and unique alternative indie sound. Whatever it is, I'm in!

Lead guitarist Ryan Wellman and drummer Seb Bowen first met as teenagers whilst both studying music at Bournemouth College. With their musical journeys now intertwined, the pair soon became friends and began playing music together - unknowingly laying the foundations for a currently yet incomplete jigsaw puzzle.
After finishing college, the pair headed to Chichester University to continue their musical studies. It was here that they met lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Tom High and bassist/backing vocalist Nick Davie.
It wasn't long before the four talented musicians got together for a jam with one another - fusing together their creative skills to forge what would become an exciting new chapter in all of their lives. Suddenly all pieces to the puzzle were present and the jigsaw was finally complete...Luna Blue was born...
